Writing Smart Online Support

Writing SOS ’s focus is on assisting you in developing your writing skills.

If you are unable to see an on-campus writing tutor or you feel more comfortable asking questions virtually, you can now submit papers electronically. You can work with a tutor to enhance writing skills.

We provide writing tutors, online chat tutoring, and email tutoring.

How to Use This Service

1. Select one of the Writing Smart tutoring services below (click on the link).

Online Tutoring via Email

Submit your essays for comments or ask our tutors writing related questions. It's easy:

  • fill out the form
  • attach your essay
  • click send.

Online Tutoring via CHAT

If the Tutoring Chat Room says "I'm Online," you can talk to a tutor instantly. 
Follow these steps:

  • click on the message.
  • connect with a tutor instantly.
  • ask your question.
