  • Using your test plan and the notes from the test, write a report on the outcome of the test.
  • Use the following template for your report: Usability Report Template
  • Your report should be from 300-500 words long. Make sure to explain what you did, what went right, and what went wrong.
  • Here is an example of a Usability Report (yours of course does not have to be as long).
